1. Introduction

6. Account Security and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 345db account. The following rules apply to all account holders and govern acceptable use of the 345db platform:

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345db platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

10. Termination and Suspension

345db reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination:

• 3Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited at 345db's discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements. If your account is closed at your own request (voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
